TRAINING SESSION TIMETABLE
UYHC's training sessions run from 18:00 - 22:00 every monday at the JLD. Each session is 1hr and 20 mins long, and 2 teams train on the pitch at any one session. We also have 1 fitness session a week to ensure we're always competing at our athletic peaks. Indoor training sessions begin later in the year as we get closer to Roses.
